Required qualifications: To be eligible for this position you must either be registered (or eligible) with the Medical Council of New Zealand and have a specialist qualification in Paediatrics that is recognised by the Royal Australasian College of  Physicians as suitable for Vocational Registration in New Zealand.

We are looking for two vibrant enthusiastic specialists to join our Child Health service from July 2022. One in a part time permanent capacity (0.7FTE) the second in a part time (.5 FTE)  fixed term capacity for 6 months to provide temporary cover.

These roles will suit either a newly qualified or experienced Paediatrician holding vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) or eligible to.

If you are eager to map out your Paediatric future, with a flexible approach to sharing local duties, as well as regional responsibilities, then Palmerston North in the Manawatū may be perfect for you.

We wish to appoint a person who will fit in with our current team, who will help us as we evolve integration while maintaining the strengths of acute hospital care.
