We are seeking NZ registerable Paediatric Dentistry Specialists to join our busy Hospital & Specialist Dentistry team in Auckland. We have two fulltime, permanent positions available. We will consider applicants looking for part-time opportunities.

Paediatric Dentistry is part of Auckland Regional Hospital & Specialist Dentistry providing hospital-based secondary and tertiary level hospital and specialist oral health services for children and adolescents living in the greater Auckland area. The successful applicant will be joining our existing paediatric dentistry specialists in a wider multidisciplinary team of dental specialists and senior dentists.

The focus of the role is the provision of comprehensive treatment of child and adolescent patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, under general anaesthesia, sedation and local anaesthesia. The successful applicant/s will be expected to contribute to the supervision, teaching and support of the non-training paediatric dental registrar and dental house officers. In addition to audit, there are opportunities for involvement in research. The post is based at Green Lane Clinical Centre in Epsom, Auckland; our services are delivered from a range of locations across the wider Auckland Region.
