Location: Wellington
Contract: Full time, 12 months fixed term
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic, busy team and will be interested in making a difference to the patients we serve. We're looking for someone who is in their final year of training and is looking for a role that allows them to work in a supportive environment, gaining further experience as an independent specialist. It is an exciting time to be part of the ophthalmology team at CCDHB, as we look at unique ways of managing patient care. We require someone who thrives on change and someone who thrives on being busy. CCDHB provides ophthalmic services in a variety of sub-specialties so there is flexibility in the type of ophthalmic work available. We require someone who can work independently, managing their own clinics and operating lists.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- An ophthalmologist - Passed RANZCO exams, first year after exams.
- Medical Council of New Zealand Registration or eligibility for registration (MCNZ)
