Auckland District Health Board is seeking a qualified Nephrologist for approximately 3 to 4 months: 19 July to early Oct and August to Nov (inclusive)
The post is open to medically qualified applicants who should hold the FRACP or equivalent qualification and be eligible for vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council.
The Auckland District Health Board renal department provides a clinical service to the central Auckland region. We provide haemodialysis services for approximately 350 patients including home haemodialysis. The peritoneal dialysis unit provides care for 50 patients. The Renal Transplant Unit provides services for 9 DHBs and performs around 115 transplants each year.
